Giacomo is a seasoned full-stack developer with over a decade of experience, spanning major agencies, startups, and cutting-edge product studios. For the past five years, he has been deeply immersed in blockchain technology, NFTs, and the Metaverse — and more recently, in applied AI: from LLM integration and AI-powered automation to intelligent agents and generative workflows. Passionate about pushing the boundaries of transformative technologies, he bridges technical depth with a sharp eye for what's actually worth building.

Manuel Tundis is a digital communication strategist, immersive technology expert, and academic. He lectures in Artificial Intelligence, Extended Reality, and Business Analytics at Rome Business School and AIFS. Founder of TheVirtualGallery.it and TEDx speaker, he bridges emerging technologies — from AI to the Metaverse — with a human-centered vision of digital transformation.

Head of Innovation & Organizational Design

Filippo Scorza is an innovation and organizational design leader with over a decade of experience helping companies transform through lean methodologies, design thinking, and digital business models. Certified Innovation Manager by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development and lecturer at institutions including Bologna Business School and Università Cattolica, he combines technical depth with strategic vision. Founder of Skillando Digital Volunteering, he has coordinated 190+ volunteers across Kenya, Bangladesh, and beyond to reduce the digital divide through coding and digital literacy programs.
